Writer's Block: Last Night's Dreams

What did you dream about last night?

View 500 Answers

LOL. Well I remembered it quite well earlier but all I can tell you at the moment is that it featured around From First To Last and I was getting some tattoo with this big guy that said From First To LAst and... can't remember the rest. And my family was stuck on a cliff and a weird lady was telling us how we got there.

Writer's Block: Ten Years From Now...

Where do you think you'll be in ten years?

View 203 Answers

I hate to think to far in the future. Of course I do it from time to time, but that's called daydreaming. I know those will never be a reality. In reality I'll probably be in much of the same place I am right now... in my bedroom, living alone, maybe not in this house, but still struggling along in life. It's sad to think like that, but I'm always the pessimist. I see it as not getting my hopes up, atleast this way my world won't come crashing down around me but rather one joyous occassion may last an eternity because I never saw it coming.

Smashing Pumpkins to die for

OMG... when I read this blog and all the awesome intimate gigs they're doing I was/am so jealous I don't live in the US. If you do live close by you should so buy tickets.

International Taste Of Chaos '07

Woo Hoo! It's all announced...and it looks like a good line-up...

The Used
Rise Against
Aiden
Escape The Fate
The Bled
Gallows

Auckland, Sunday (damn!) 28th October

I'm keen to see Escape The Fate (the most), The Used and Aiden. I've heard of Rise Against but haven't heard anything, yet... I have a few months to listen up.

Considering going to Australia to see a show there too before they hit NZ shores.

Shopping, shopping, shopping

On Sunday I went to one store and bought some big items. One Westinghouse Apollo free-standing oven with all the settings, digital clock and ceramic stove top. I can't wait for it to be delivered and installed. I haven't heard anything yet, but I shall ring tomorrow and see what's the hold up. I was hoping it'd be all-go on Thursday.
I also bought a microwave... just a cheapish one to defrost, reheat, soften butter, cook TV dinners (haha) etc.
And a new vacuum cleaner...a Miele Cat & Dog! My parents and sister have one and they're great. They were on special so I didn't even bother to look at any other brand or model.
I bought all three items in less than half an hour. I had transferred money from my savings to my cheque account before I left home. Now there is a rule about the amount you're allowed to EFTPOS daily - $NZ2000. Well, fate would have it that I had just enough... I EFTPOSted $2000 and then had to put the rest on my credit card (which I had just enough debit for). I have since put all the money back on my credit card. I was being such a good girl finally paying off my trip to Australia to see My Chem.
So, I was one little happy camper. Especially after my flatmate/tenant 'running' out on me.

Hurry up Dec 20th

Because from then on I will officially be on holiday.

I'll make my way to Rotorua... where my family are, where I'll do absolutely nothing. Maybe some last minute shopping. And I have to get my holes in my teeth fixed, haha.

Maybe I'll go fishing or on Dad's yacht. Or to one of the lakes...and on my brothers speed boat, or whatever it is. He can tow me behind on the biscuit like a beached whale, lmao.

New Years... will probably stay at home being a lame-ass unless my friend, Caroline comes up and visits. Rotorua = no friends.

Then bring on the 12th of January when [info]bec83e (Bec) arrives followed by [info]chemicallyme (Sharon) on the 14th.

We'll head to Rotorua to enjoy the geothermal activity, hee hee. And then head back to Auckland to begin the Big Day Out and My Chemical Romance Tour (as seen in a previous post).

EDIT: I see I have NOT posted about the aforementioned. I will soon (I promise).

I bought The Black Parade...

and it's fucking amazing. Got to love Blood, hee hee.

Was put on the spot to choose the black or the white/gray cover. I chose black. I'm guessing my Limited Edition will be the gray one.

And then I get a free t-shirt!! They didn't have them yet... but they took my name and number (and size).

I love living in New Zealand!!

Counting down...

There is exactly 19 hours and 54 minutes until the shops open so I can purchase The Black Parade.
Thankfully it's a national holiday tomorrow... and not a normal working Monday. Good timing MCR, haha. I'll probably sleep in, and go shopping when I feel the urge though. I was going to wear my "We are THE BLACK PARADE" tee shirt today, but no... I shall keep it clean for tomorrow.
It just better be in store or I shall complain, especially since I have heard it is in New Zealand.
